Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the sce365 platform. By accessing any part of this site, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Each player may hold only one active sce365 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice. All accounts must be registered in the player's own legal name.

Minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of sce365 shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 14 of these Terms.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

"Platform"
The sce365 website accessible at sce365.org, including all pages, sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and related services operated by sce365.
"Player" / "User" / "You"
Any natural person aged 21 or above who has registered a valid account on the Platform and uses the services provided therein.
"Account"
The individual registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, through which they access games, place bets, make deposits, and request withdrawals.
"Balance"
The total value of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
"Bonus Funds"
Promotional credits awarded by sce365 to a Player's Account, subject to separate wagering requirements and terms applicable at the time of the relevant promotion.
"KYC"
Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by sce365 before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain platform features.
"Services"
All casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, customer support, and any other features made available through the Platform.
"BDT" / "৳"
Bangladeshi Taka — the official currency of Bangladesh, used for all monetary transactions on the Platform.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the sce365 Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sce365. Please ensure you understand all provisions before creating an account or placing any bet.

sce365 reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at sce365.org/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to the Platform and its Services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
  • Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
  • Personal use: You must be registering and using the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
  • Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from online gambling services or be subject to any court-ordered gambling restriction.
  • Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended sce365 account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
  • Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

sce365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identification card, passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Zero Tolerance: sce365 applies a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made by the underage user will be returned; however, any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.

4.1 Registration Process

To use the Services, you must create an account by completing the registration form on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for choosing a secure password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. sce365 will never ask you to reveal your password via email, telephone, or live chat.

4.3 Account Security

You must notify sce365 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. sce365 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

sce365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) we suspect fraud or money laundering; (b) the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms; (c) we are required to do so by applicable law or court order; or (d) we determine that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

  • Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
  • Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100, deducted from the account balance.
  • If an account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed without further notice.
  • Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact customer support at [email protected].

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sce365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Deposit Limits

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
  • Maximum deposit: Subject to your account tier and any limits imposed by your payment provider.
  • No deposit fees: sce365 does not charge fees on mobile wallet deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your payment provider's own transaction fees may apply.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
  • Processing time: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
  • Verification requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
  • Same-method rule: Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

sce365 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any deposit that is not followed by genuine gameplay activity may be flagged for review. sce365 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal and to delay or refuse transactions that cannot be satisfactorily explained. Players must not use the Platform as a mechanism to transfer funds — only genuine betting and gaming activity is permitted.

sce365 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

  • Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
  • Each promotion is limited to one per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
  • Certain game types (e.g., live dealer tables, certain slots) may contribute differently — or not at all — to wagering requirements. Contribution rates will be stated in individual promotion terms.
  • sce365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus and begun wagering will not be disadvantaged by mid-campaign changes.
  • Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit promotions — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using third-party tools, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and related winnings.

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the sce365 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of their bets — including market selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. sce365 will not cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in Section 7.3.

7.2 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game available on the Platform operates according to the rules published by the relevant game provider. sce365 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all non-live games. Live dealer games are managed by trained professional dealers in real time. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the affected round will be voided and all stakes returned to the player's balance.

7.3 Void Bets

sce365 reserves the right to void any bet, at its absolute discretion, in the following circumstances:

  • The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or abandoned.
  • The outcome of the event was affected by corruption, match-fixing, or other integrity-related concerns as determined by the relevant sporting authority.
  • An obvious pricing error occurred and the bet was placed at clearly incorrect odds.
  • The bet was placed by a player using a suspended, restricted, or fraudulently obtained account.
  • sce365 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet forms part of a pattern of bonus abuse or system exploitation.

7.4 Responsible Betting

Players are encouraged to set personal deposit, loss, and session time limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings. sce365 actively monitors for signs of problem gambling behaviour and may, at its discretion, impose additional limits or contact a player if such behaviour is detected. Players must use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform (whether in the same name or under any alias).
  • Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
  • Engaging in collusion with other players during poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player games available on the Platform.
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any suspected bugs must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
  • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of any illegal activity.
  • Making chargebacks on deposits — initiating a chargeback will result in immediate account closure and legal action to recover funds where applicable.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing sce365 staff or other players through any communication channel.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent point.

All content on the sce365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of sce365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of sce365.

Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Use of such content is subject to those providers' own terms.

Without limiting the foregoing, sce365 specifically disclaims liability for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill.
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond sce365's reasonable control.
  • Errors or omissions in content, game results, or odds displayed on the Platform.
  • Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
  • Actions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or network operators.

In all cases, sce365's maximum aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.

In the event of a dispute between you and sce365, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. sce365 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. sce365 will designate a senior member of its operations team to handle escalated complaints.

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on sce365.org, constitute the entire agreement between you and sce365 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

sce365's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of sce365 to be effective.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of sce365. sce365 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

15.5 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
